Recipies Using Garlic:

Herbed Biscuits

¼ C Whole meal Flour
3 T Incredible Edible Spread’Em
¼ C Cheddar Cheese, grated
Pinch of cayenne
½ t Dijon Mustard
1 Egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 T Iced Water

Sift the flour into a bowl and rub in the Incredible Edible Spread’Em, into small pieces. Add cayenne and mix in the grated cheese with blade of knife. (Alternatively, all this can be done in a mixer or food processor) Stir the mustard into the egg yolk and stir into the mixture. Add enough iced water to give soft but firm dough. Wrap loosely in cling film and chill 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Roll out on floured board until about 1/8 inch thick and cut into small rounds. Lay the biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400’ for 7 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Serve immediately.
