Zucchini Appetizers3 C grated coarse zucchini
1 c bisquick
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
2 T snipped parsley
1/2 t salt
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 c vegetable oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
Heat oven to 350. Oil 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake until brown, about 25 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut into 2"x1" pieces. Freezes well.
